When a staff member refers a candidate and they are successfully appointed into a permanent full-time or part-time role, the staff member can receive a referral bonus!

Max-H will determine eligibility after the candidate applies, the application or CV has been received, and a recruitment process is followed.
The process of referring a candidate is simple. Send an email to the hiring manager with the potential candidate’s information. An employee may refer someone only one time.
To ensure the employee meets their obligations under the Privacy Act, they need to ensure that they have the referring candidate’s approval for their information to be forwarded to us for review and consideration.
Employees are eligible to make an employee referral if they are not involved in the hiring process for the referred candidate.
We would not expect Managers, Team Leaders, and Human Resources staff members to be eligible for a referral payment. However, consideration for a fee will be made under exceptional circumstances.
The referral reward will be made as a taxable, additional payment and included in the employee’s regular pay. The hiring manager should complete the Employee Referral Form to process the reward. An employee is eligible to receive the reward:
First instalment
50% of the referral fee paid immediately following commencement of the referred employee.
Second instalment
50% of the referral fee paid at one year from commencement of employment, providing the employee and the referrer still work for Max-H Life Sciences & Reseach Institute.
Not all positions are eligible for the Employee Referral Programme reward, e.g., for a fixed term of fewer than six months or casual employment. However, we encourage our employees to refer them because we consider that employee referrals are the most successful ways to attract talented people.
